Book description

This is a different way to introduce the Amish to students. In this book are many different recipes that the Amish use for traditions and for everyday. This helps the students to view the Amish in different light rather than just straight information about their culture. This can help them gain a different understanding of the culture. I would use this to have the students do a cooking day and pick one of their favorite recipes to try to make for the class.
