A few short checks before discarding. This book expects the wife to be the housewife. Keep the house clean, be a good cook, listen to his daily garbage, but spare him yours... Whether or not this was reasonable in 1965, it's not good advice 50 years later.
Though it is over 40 years since this book was written, it is one of the best books on marriage and relationships. The principles and teachings in this book will improve your interactions and relationships with, not only your spouse, but others if put into practice. It is also a quick and easy read so those who are "too busy" have no excuse for not investing a little time to gain a lot of wisdom.
Excellent! A MUST read for daughters before they get married! Good reminder for wives.
