A collection of writings on Sayers by her "peers" that is to say, other mystery writers, most of them recent writers I do not much read, though there is a nice memoir of her by Michael Gilbert telling of his experience with her as a leader of the Detection Club. There are also an interesting article on Sayers' references to true crime (notably a rather limited parallel between Strong Poison and the Maybrick case) , though I was disappointed that "It was the CAt1" turned out to be a very sketchy comment on her short stories in general which does not discuss Maher-shalal-hashbaz, one of my favorite fictional cats.
