A very standard Alexander Key - in this case the visitor to our world is a very large white dog named Jagger. Of course he runs into trouble with mean people, and makes friends with some good ones. I was a little worried about how many people (and others - Palamedes would have to come, of course) would be going back with Jagger, but Key solved that nicely. Enjoyable, but I don't think I'll bother to reread.
