Quite readable but looking back the romance seems to have come from no-where.
Jonah Ries has come back to his home town and finds Katherine "Kat" Ridgemont waiting for a blind date and she mistakes him for the date, and he can't resist, even if it could prove problematic to his mission. He's working undercover for the FBI to find out what's going on and why someone is trying to kill Kat. The two of them work together to find what's going on and find themselves falling in love, which was never what they wanted.
