Good for inspiration, but I did not find the training plan at all useful. I need more structure than a certain number of minutes per week (with no breakdown between sport). The book is definitely dated but not to the extent where it is useless (you can do with a single smart watch today what you could do only with lots of effort and extra gear and money back when the third edition of this book was published).
