These cartoons of kids growing up in the sixties are spot on. Their parents are smoking and drinking and telling them to go outside, and smacking them, and they're trying to understand the world with no one to explain it to them. Heart-wrenching at times, but very funny. Barry's quirky art always evokes the 80s for me in a way too.
