this was a cute short story, It was nice to know Valek's pov for a short time and what he felt about Yalena, and the stuff he does normally and what not, wish there could've been more but oh well that's how it always is with Short stories.
Again, a short novella, this time focusing on Valek while Yelena goes off to Sitia to learn how to control her magical talent. Not thrilling, by any standards, but a quick sidenote of interest to the more avid fans of the series I would posit.
A quick story about Valek (whom I think is wonderful!) Free story on her website! Thanks, Maria S.!
It's not very meaty, but fun to read.

I enjoyed reading this. It makes a change to see things from Valek's point of view. Just wish this was longer, I would've liked to find out more about Ziva.
A small story that takes place after Poison Study, told in Valek's perspective as he hunts down a renegade spy set to kill Yelena.
As I am not a hardcore fan of Yelena and Valek, this novella wasn't a great addition to the story for me.
