Lots of swimming drills: written explanations accompanied by line drawings.

This book only gets 2 stars from me as I don't think I've been swimming enough to really understand the drills. I know I do some of these in my lessons, and I learn better by watching my instructor demonstrate, and then I repeat and get feedback. Other swimmers may find this book more useful, or give them inspiration for changing up their pool routine.
