Coming back to this book after a long time, I find that its actually better than I remember. There are two interesting mechanics here - firstly that there are three different quests you can go on, with three different sets of requirements that give you different stories. Secondly there is the ability to go back and forward and revisit places you've already been. Combined with the oft-recommended process of map-making (something I hadn't done before) and I've come to see this as a much better book. Well worth a try but don't forget to make maps or you're just lost in the swamp! ( )
