This Magic School Bus is a great educational book. It constantly engages the reader in a unique way while giving numerous amounts of facts. Reading these books gets me excited about the topic so I can only imagine how it affects young students. ( )

This book is a student-friendly informational text about salmon migration and life cycle. I would use this as an example of an informational text that is fun to read. I would also use this book to introduce parts of an informational book, including the sidebars, the bold vocabulary, and the inset diagrams.
