Mary Ann Doberman wrote this book to allow children to read amongst peers and adults. This poem book is fun for children of all ages. It incorporates pair and share lesson activities. I also like the added benefit that these could possibly used as plays. Students could greatly benefit from this general and very diverse poem book. ( )

This book and the others like them are great reads for kids. It allows them to read with peers and adults. When trying to get a student to read pairing them with another could be a great benefit. I also like the added benefit that these could possibly used as plays.

This book is meant for side by side reading, with two reader parts on each page. The poems are fun and rhythmic. Great way to reinforce a unit on mother goose rhymes! I love these books!
