when you begin to ponder on the terrible judgement of the Flood waters that God used to completely destroy the first world, then immediately a number of perplexing problems present themselves like: How can we explain the coming together of all the animals & birds etc. Read this book and get satisfactory solutions - from archaeology, excavations etc.
Although The Flood, by Alfred M. Rehwinkel was written in 1951, most of the geological and all of the archaeology evidence for Noah’s flood remain as true today as when it was written. This book explores the World, before the flood, the Biblical account of the flood, extra Biblical evidences of the flood including legends from many countries and geological evidence, and the world after the flood. The last chapter explores how corrupt the world has become. Remember this was written over 70 years ago. It reminds us to look to Jesus coming again. This book is found on the library shelves under the number 213/Reh.
No other even in history has had such a profound effect upon the earth and human history and every phase of life. Have questions like what did the world look like before the Flood? How could Noah get two & seven of every living creature into the Ark? A must read.
What was the physical world like before the Flood? Was there a warning? What of the Ark and its cargo? These are only a few of the interesting chapters considered in THE FLOOD.
