I'm sure there must be an updated version of this book the copy of which I have read was only from 1995. I saw that it cited, in the forward, the same study that I saw recently cited in Time Magazine Special Edition on Alzheimer's, about the brain processing speed training that was given that had such long lasting results. ( )
