The 2nd manga volume of Greystripe and Millie's journey.

I liked the art a lot. All of the cats were very distinguishable and individual looking, and, might I add, very cute! ^-^ It also had way more detailed scenery and backgrounds than one usually finds in Japanese manga, which was very pleasing.

It was a very fun read, although it might spoilerific if you haven't read the first series of Warriors books. I recommend it to anyone-but especially fans of manga/comics, cats, or Warriors. It says ages 10 but I think it would be fine for someone of any age.
Greystripe and Millie are on their way back to the forest of the clans, facing dogs and thunderpaths and Twoleg monsters every step of the way. After Millie is hurt, they spend a few days with some strange cats. These cats have been exiled from their Twoleg nest and are forced to live in the barn, fearing the new Twolegs and their dogs. Greystripe wants to help them...but what can one cat do?

This series has 3 volumes.
Summary: This is a manga inspired by the book "Warriors" by Erin Hunter. This one is the first book in Graystripe and Millie's journey to finding his clan.

Personal Experience: I got very interested in this one and wouldn't mind buying the next book in the series.

Classroom Experience: I would have the class read the book then read the manga and compare the the two. Also, I would use the book to introduce graphic novel unit.
Millie is soooo sweet!!! A perfect match for Graystripe, too. I love to follow them on their little adventures; who knew that cats can speak dog!!!!!
Gasp! Cliffhanger ending!
