“Continued humor and sex for the Trek Mi Q’an Series”
A charming story of a woman, Geris Jackson who watches her best friend, Kyra disappear into thin air with two towering men with gleaming eyes. She then spends three years searching everywhere for her. Despondent, she evens resorts to consulting a medium who reports that what she seeks can be found, yes you heard it correctly... in Las Vegas.
Off to the desert town she goes and whom does she run into but an Elvis Presley impersonator? Soon Geris finds out that she is the chosen mate of King Dak Q’an Tal of Tryston, this towering giant from another planetary system dressed as Elvis. He transports her from Earth and informs her that she will be reunited with Kyra.
This story has show more some very strange creatures with very exceptional methods of feeding. Geris is occupied with pugmuffs and rustians and of course Dak who keeps her in a constant state of arousal. Reunion with Kyra, the Consummation feast and her wedding night are not to be missed.
Jaid Black’s humor is continued in this latest book in the Trek Mi Q’an series. The story is very sexually explicit and very erotic. This reviewer strongly suggests reading the series in order. show less

Having already read multiple Trek Mi Q'an books I am familiar with the story of Geris and Dak of course but it was great to get a fuller story to what happened between them. There is some overlap here and there but it adds more details or a different perspective in those parts of the book so it really isn't repetitive to what we read in [b:The Empress' New Clothes|582663|The Empress' New Clothes (Trek Mi Q'an, #1)|Jaid Black|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1390666518s/582663.jpg|569533] which is good in my opinion. Another winner in the series. :D
I enjoyed this short erotic paranormal story with another new planet of sexy beings but this series would have been better as one long book because the other thread in this story didn't really relate well. Dak goes to earth to get his life mate Geris.
Spin-off from The Empress' New Clothes has brother of Zor, Dak, going back to Earth to pick up Geris, Kyra's best friend and his Sacred Mate. This story mostly reiterates customs learned in the first book but also sets up a couple of new characters.
