This book is completely the same as the first Sideways Arithmetic book but with different math/word problems. Make sure you have a brain disentangler for this one because the difficulty level has been raised to level 2000.
I have read Sideways Stories from the Wayside school but this is something entirely different as you need to work out maths puzzles for the story to progress....and I am soooo not a Maths person. This is one of the LIterature Circles choices I am reviewing for school. It would not have been my choice and I'm not sure the kids would like it either.
