There are several good introductions on biblical interpretation available for the committed Christian, church leader, and college or seminary professor. In 40 Questions About Interpreting the Bible, I have found one that serves my teaching ministry well. With Plummer's help, students exit my course more confident in how to ask the right kind of questions, yet more humble in realizing the care show more (and prayer) it takes to "rightly handle the word of truth" (2 Tim 2:15). show less
