Pretty good time travel mystery by Wilson Tucker. As usual his writing style is good and the story is original.
Lt. Danforth of the local Bomb Squad is dismissed following his failure to halt a series of bombings targeting a rising third party. Hired on privately, Danforth follows a thread of clues tying speculative theories of possible time travel to the bombings and the real motivations behind them. An interesting twist on the typical time-travel trope.
