While it could be more up-to-date, this is a practical reference for a kid heading off to college. I plan to give one to each of my kids when they go, with added recipes and advice.

This is an amazing book. I'm in my senior year of college and still finding wonderful recipes to try. It's a really great book for people venturing out on their own.
