About meI'm an MILS student and make a lot of stupid decisions, though most of the time they work in my favor.

About my libraryFiction, dramatic literature and theater theory, writing aids, travel books, Buffy critical theory, memoirs, cookbooks, and a burgeoning controversial non-fiction collection.

In the physical realm: Currently, my 6'x6' bookshelf fits beautifully in my apartment, and when I move again this summer, finding an apartment that fits my bookshelf will be a requirement. My other library is the Central branch of the Brooklyn Public Library; I'm lucky to live three blocks away.

I like that -- an apt to match the bookshelf, not a bookshelf to fit the apt... I was just looking around my home office/sons' homework/art room and complaining how cramped it is, but oops, it's my 4 bookshelves that take up a lot of space... but can't get rid of the kids or the books, so we'll have to live with it...
