This should be very useful. The recipes look interesting, although I rather doubt that I will come up with large enough amounts to make most of them. Something is wrong with the dandelion syrup recipe. No way can you dissolve 1 kg of sugar into 50ml of liquid. Other wise they looked reasonable.

I would have prefered better photos and diagrams for identification purposes, but suspect that it was deliberatelly decided not to do that. ( )
