Honestly, a fun read, but if you aren't 16 you have probably figured most of this out yourself, I hope. Seriously. ( )

OK, this is a funny book with a few good ideas and a great premise. I never thought I'd say this, but this book is just too bawdy and over-the-top. The tone is just flat-out annoying most of the time. And the tips might have been new a decade ago, but not anymore. ( )

If you don't have this book in your library, skip on over to Amazon right now, because it's fabulous. For one thing, it's hilariously funny. Invite your friends for a night of pizza and your alcohol of choice and take turns reading aloud, it's really that much fun. You may learn some new tricks, or you may find you already know it all, but you certainly won't be bored.

One Christmas I bought copies for all my female friends, and while it raised a few eyebrows at first, it always led to great conversations...and some very grateful boyfriends! ( )
