I've seen high praise over the years for this author, but only now bit the bullet and tried one. I don't see what all the fuss has been about. Frankly this evokes a lesser Conroy feel and the author just didn't get there. That happens sometimes and I wasn't so disappointed that I won't try another in the future. Three Stars
