Another great Darina Allen book. When I lived in England, I watched her show on TV and was impressed by how down-to-earth her cooking was. It's real cooking, no ridiculous techniques or outrageous ingredients, just solid cooking. This book is more of what her Ballymaloe Cooking School Cookbook offers, but designed with entertaining in mind. (
