Lex is begrudgingly back home and to be honest I don't blame her after what happened at her Dad's funeral, thankfully hawt as hell Grayson along with sweet wee Charlotte make it almost bearable. You really feel for Lex and to be honest I would have just walked out as soon as her Mum opened her mouth but I also get wanting to get close to Grayson and spending time with Charlotte while she works out her next steps. This really is a great story about finding out what you really want and it not show more always being what you think and that it can take almost losing it to know it. show less
I think this book is better than book 1 and 2. Bonnie is amazing, so capable and hard working, in this book its the hero who need to grow up. He's a bit annoying.
A sweet read. Adjusting from society life to isolation and the life of a wife of a Mountie.
Both characters have issues and make changes, it's a good story in the series.
