What can I say, this book had no plot, no characters, but I learned, and relearned, a great deal. This is an old style textbook sort of handbook that makes things quite clear, but is no source of entertainment. It's basic nonfiction, without any of the more recent techniques that bring something special to nonfiction works. Learning can be more enjoyable than this, but it served the purpose...straight-forwardly informative.
