I forget how much I adore Tegami Bachi. I LOVE the art style. It's just GORGEOUS. And it's even coupled with a fascinating world and story plus cool characters.
I especially like this volume because of plot progression with Gauche Suede and and the subplot with Niche wandering off. I love Niche. I love Niche and Lag.
I don't even get upset when we get long, involved backstories of minor characters like Sarah and Hunt, because it's still interesting. And beautiful.

I really like the deep emotions hidden behind the panels, the art is beautiful, and the dialogs are really touching.
The story teaches us about the true meaning of love; a pet will wait ten years for it's dead owner, and it's never left it's spot. It stood there day after day, year after year, just waiting for the owner, but when he finally realizes that she's dead, it charges to her grave and soon, dies peacefully, alongside it's beloved owner.
Heart warming is the word to describe this show more book, the quote, "You'll be on your journey with Elena again! You have to take care of her, now. Goodbye! You did a great job!" is very tragic and sad, it shows that even if your loved ones passed on, you can still continue to be with them after their death, and that if the connection is there, love can get through. show less

The art is stll as gorgeous as ever (even though it's a little confusing sometimes), and the plot just keeps getting more interesting.
We finally get to meet Sylvette in this volume, and Lag has his first day at the office, so to speak. We get background on Gauche and, subsequently, some interesting coincidences about him, Sylvette, and Lag. I'm forming a few theories already!
There's also a very touching bonus chapter at the end that almost brought me to tears. Or maybe I'm just really show more emotional right now, I don't know. But I dare you not to be touched by Darwin. show less

The art, as always, is beautiful and the story is still interesting. Unlike some manga, it seems like Tegami Bachi is actually progressing and Lag is continually getting closer to finding Gauche. Niche and Steak don't let me down either, as they're still super awesome. In its 4th volume, Tegami Bachi is still going strong and still remains one of my favorite mangas.
