Christmas is my favorite holiday. You get to spend time with your family and get to understand the true meaning of Christmas. In the story, the family sets up the nativity scene to remind everybody where Jesus was born. The candy canes that they put on their tree represents the Shepard's staff because they were the first to hear about Jesus. The star that goes on top of the tree represents that the star led the wise men to baby Jesus.
