A cute way to describe to children what balding is and how and why it happens. when the little boy said he lost his hair and he looked for it everywhere was a cute way to make children realize that not everyone has hair and some people are just born that way. Who you are on the inside is what counts.
Young Jeremiah never noticed it before, but now he can't seem to think of anything else: his daddy is missing a lot of hair! In fact, Daddy even says that he has "lost" his hair. But whatever's lost can be found again, right? Jeremiah's search leads him all over the house and yard.
My grandchildren love this tale about Jeremiah's Daddy's missing hair. Funny, thought provoking from a young child's perspective. Great read!
in the story “Where Did Daddy’s Hair Go?” Young Jeremiah finally realizes that his daddy is missing a lot of hair! But according to Jeremiah whatever's lost can be found again, so he goes in search of his daddy’s hair. His adventure leads him all around the house and into the yard, but by the end of the story he learns that as we get older we start to lose hair, and that’s okay! This book teaches Pro-Social behavior and how to see things from a different perspective. The show more illustrations for this book are semi-realistic and it offers good context in terms of where the pictures line up with the story. Good for ages 4-7!
