Every new believer in Jesus Christ deserves the opportunity of personal nurture and development. They are expected to achieve his or her full potential for God. To do this they must be nurtured. Don't find the right bible class for them and expect to achieve this by themselves every disciple of Jesus Christ while he ws on earth received a call and them they were shown how to live their lives and how to bring other people to Christ.
