I was looking for a resource to help me better understand bipolar. Unfortunately, this book contained very little about bipolar, and the information it contained was too basic. I also have some theological disagreements with the authors. In spite of the negatives, there are some helpful hints at handling depression and anger.
Decent weight loss help mixed in with One Way 12 steps and too many forced examples of maladjustment.

I thought this was a great book for providing some practical and hopeful advice as regards depression. I appreciated the theological and psychological integration.
Just as children go through certain development stages from birth to adulthood, marriages go through similar developmental stages. The doctors of the Minirth-Meier Clinic and their spouses take a look at the five passages of marriage you must complete in order for your marriage to reach its full potential. In Passages of Marriage the couples talk about their personal journeys through each of these passages helping you to fully understand: 1) Young Love 2) Realistic Love 3) Comfortable Love show more 4) Renewing Love 5) Transcendent Love. Passages of Marriage ill revolutionize the way you look at marriage. show less
