Living Our Beliefs is a small book exploring the faith and practice of Quakers. It has been compiled and edited in partnership with young Quakers and includes the thoughts and feelings of young people across Britain. It explains the concept and purpose of Quaker testimony; describes a range of Quaker roles and responsibilities as well as a potted history of the Quaker movement with dates marking key events through over 300 years of its development. Other chapters explore the vocabulary used show more to express the Quaker faith, with accounts of how and why we worship, the process of Quaker decision-making and the involvement of people in our communities.
