I’m glad I was able to read this exciting trilogy of chaos in one fell swoop! This is the kind of slow-burn tale that grips you from the moment the protagonists trade insults and doesn’t let up until the last gasp of pleasure.

Rae “Little Queen” Madani is all kinds of fierce. She’s a sassy, bold, struggling DJ with a relatable side. She’s knee-deep in trauma and burnout after her career goes up in flames thanks to an explosive incident involving the oh-so-infuriating Harrison King show more at a wedding. The irony is that she ends up trying to rebuild her career in none other than her enemy’s luxurious club in Ibiza.

Harrison is an arrogant British billionaire who is a deliciously broody figure with a scar that carries more than just a story. He’s dead set on avenging his parents until he crosses paths with the gorgeous and fearless Rae, who totally changes everything. The tension between these two is palpable. Harrison tries his best to protect and control, all while Rae is pushing for her independence and healing.

The suspense of beating Harrison’s enemy is a thrilling and dangerous chase. But the story also has moments of vulnerability, growth, and found family that gave me the feels. It’s captivating to watch Rae discover her own power, while Harrison learns to release his controlling tendencies. The lovers have a happy ending with a satisfying epilogue. Something I can’t say about a lot of books lately.

This story is a messy journey, but it’s also deeply swoony and unforgettable. You’ll feel pain, happiness, and every moment of intimacy that will renew your belief in true love.

Thank you to Ms. Lawson for giving me the opportunity to read this book with no expectation of a positive review.

This trilogy is a slow-burning, emotionally charged explosion that hooks you from the first barbed insult and never loosens its grip. Rae "Little Queen" Madani and Harrison King are pure fire and gasoline—enemies, lovers, and perfect reflections of each other's deepest wounds. Rae is fiercely independent, sharp-tongued, and heartbreakingly relatable as she navigates trauma, burnout, and a career implosion. Her "scorched-earth" moment at Harrison's wedding surprisingly leads her to rebuild show more both his club in Ibiza and her own career. Perfect win-win, right? HA HA HA, not even close…

Harrison is a maddeningly hot, emotionally unavailable British billionaire with undeniable "mine" energy, a haunting scar, and a devotion that speaks louder than grand gestures. Their push-and-pull is delicious: his need to protect and control battling her fight for space to heal and stand on her own. The tension is unreal, the chemistry unhinged, and the banter immaculate. And yes, it gets spicy—think phone sex and audacious public acts of rebellion. Yet, beneath the chaos lies profound vulnerability, incredible emotional growth, and a found family that will melt your heart.

The pacing is a slow, aching build, accelerating into a messy, heart-wrenching crescendo. By the end, Rae is fully in her power, Harrison is finally letting go, and you'll be left utterly feral. Content warnings are present and handled with care. This trilogy is messy, swoony, and absolutely unforgettable.

This wraps up Clay and Nova's love story in a wedding novella that's as heartwarming as it is chaotic. Their path to the altar is peppered with last-minute venue scrambles, familial pressures, and the looming basketball season. Yet, amidst the whirlwind of dueling bridesmaids and unexpected guests, their unwavering bond shines through. This novella brings closure and celebrates the couple's journey of growth and love. The laughter, tears, and genuine moments of frustration made this read a show more rollercoaster of emotions. It's a testament to the strength of their relationship and the power of love to overcome life's hurdles, a truly satisfying conclusion to an unforgettable saga. show less
This is the final installment in the King of the Court series, which had me emotionally invested from start to finish. Clay's journey from prioritizing championship glory over love to realizing the importance of relationships beyond the basketball court is inspiring and heartwarming. Nova, the heroine, captivated me with her bravery, vulnerability, and unwavering support for Clay. While the story beautifully depicts Clay and Nova's personal growth, it left me wanting more regarding their show more communication and teamwork. Some crucial moments felt rushed, but the conclusion was satisfying. Nova's journey to balance her love for Clay with her aspirations added depth to the story. This is a bittersweet farewell to a remarkable series, leaving me with fond memories of Nova and Clay's epic love story. show less
