2040 The Supreme Court Review 1984 edited by Philip B. Kurland, Gerhard Casper, and Dennis J. Hutchinson (read 24 Dec 1986) This volume of this annual work has nine articles, and my interest in them varied. Probably the one I found most interesting was one by Robert C. Post called "The Management of Speech: Discretion and Right" dealing with orders limiting dissemination of discovered material. It opened avenues never before considered by me re the first Amendment and discovery orders.

950 1966 The Supreme Court Review, edited by Philip B. Kurland (read 3 Apr 1968) This book has a number of articles on the actions of the U.S. Supreme Court during the 1966 Term. I enjoyed all the articles, but unfortunately failed to do a post-reading note on my reading. So I cannot intelligently comment on the articles now, forty years later. All I can say is that it was a worth reading volume
