This book starts out with a free gift offer. Table of contents includes chapters broken up by meals.
Introduction talks about India's rich cultures, traditions, etc and how they bring out the flavors in food.
Each recipe starts with a title, color photo, cook time, servings.
List of ingredients which you should be able to substitute for your healtiehr dietary needs: low sodium, low show more sugar, and low fat products.
Directions are included.
There is NO nutritional information.
Not sure if you can find the ingredients, make sure you have them all before starting the dish.
What I do like about this book is it has the SirLanka name and then US name.

Tim is the son of the great Myrtle Allen, founder of the Ballymaloe phenomenon. Myrtle started a restaurant (www.ballymaloe.ie) in her beautiful working farmhouse in 1964. Tim took over the farm from his father, Ivan, and married Darina, who started the cookery school in 1983 (www.cookingisfun.ie). Tim and Darina's daughter-in-law, Rachel, is now also a very successful member of the cookery school and a TV chef and author. Tim has made a specialism of bread and teaches classes in bread show more making at the school. The detailed explanations in this book guarantee some good results.
