I could feel her hurt from her bad breakup and her struggles with no money, and at the same time, I was rooting for them to figure things out. The chemistry between them is electric, and Kelsie Rae made me feel every up-and-down emotion throughout the book. Broken Instrument was such an emotional ride. I had the most compassion for this band member—he was broken, struggling with addiction, which felt so real and relatable in today’s world. My heart really went out to him.

With his brother and dreamgirl in a relationship, the story explores unexpected love, fears of interference by a villain, and so many twists and turns that kept me completely hooked. Kelsie Rae delivers another powerful, heartfelt installment that I couldn’t put down!

The continuation of this series pulls you right back in, this time with the best friend’s little sister—such a temptation! The emotions from the first book carry on beautifully, but what really shines here is the love story at the heart of it all. With hockey, love, and so many emotions tied together, this book has some of the best elements of romance rolled into one. Kelsie Rae delivers yet again!

Forbidden Lyrics completely drew me in—these books are so emotional that you feel everything the characters are going through. I didn’t see the big surprise coming, and it made the story even more captivating. I found myself frustrated with some of the characters, rooting for others, and riding every up-and-down emotion with them.
