A year by year history of a club based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Lalor began as an under 14 team in the then new suburb of Lalor in the 1950s and then progressed to open age competition in 1964, by which time it fielded a number of junior teams. There is a brief section on an earlier Lalor club which existed in that area in the 1920s. There is also some history about the origin of the suburb which began as a post World War 2 housing development set up by an ex-serviceman's show more cooperative.
