I just loved how Dalia was so sassy and quick witted where as Nick is all broody and grumpy as when they are around each other is fun for everyone as they verbally spar and its all Nicks fault for calling her a name no one should be called. All the guys from Blue is the Colour band are great with such different personality's so getting to know them while seeing how things unfold for Dalia and Nick was great especially as you get to understand why he lashed out. I have to say one of my show more favorite parts was what Dalia bought for Ian and then how Nick reacted (insert grab tissues) so yeah read it, love it and wait impatiently like me for the next book! 😜 show less

Its hard to believe that an author I just discovered consumes me the way she does. These interconnected books have me in a serious chokehold. This book was almost perfect. I loved being a part of the relationship Kit, Elliott , and sweet little Joey. There aren't enough books that show the progression of pregnancy to completion and beyond, especially when the heroine is pregnant before the characters get together. I loved that the author didn't rush things and let it build. It show more enhanced the story and made me invested. More than ever, I needed to see these characters get their happily ever after.
My only complaint where a couple of areas. The first being the backstory of the baby daddy. The second being the rushed aspect of a pivotal scene towards the ending where too many things were introduced that, in my opinion, felt unnecessary. Had they been given more explanation it would have enhanced the story. In the moment , they added some suspense, but they fell flat (example parents and "enemies") because they happened with mere percentage points of the ending of the book. They would've been better served if they came earlier in the story or just not been brought into the conclusion. Its for that reason, the book wasn't perfect.
I look forward to what comes next. This book was well worth my excitement. show less

Absolutely loved Deacon & Phoebe's story not only as they are just amazing people who deserve the best but Phoebe is also a curvier gal. You are hooked from the beginning with how once Phoebe sets her mind to something she goes for it and Deacon is her well deserved focus.
I ended up staying up late to finish this as I needed to see how it all ended so I could go to bed happy lol

Maeve is officially my idol, she has sass, speaks her mind and has an every day women body and is proud of it! I think this book works so well as we find out at the beginning that Maeve knows the band as well as Yael and the past is slowly revealed so you wonder what actually occurred between her and Santi as well as see them grow close and boy do you feel that tension between them (fans face). You've got the fun and laughs, sad and a little heartbreaking times, hope and dreams along with a show more second chance you can't help but hope works out! show less
