I haven't done as many of these walks as I'd like, but those I have are very clearly described in the book, as well as being enjoyable. A good, easy-to-use companion.
We have found some terrific walks in this book. I'd highly recommend the short walks at the beginning (any we've done them all and they're all great) for a nice Sunday out with the family/friends/loved ones. The longer ones can be really challenging though. It's not very hilly but they're very long! Still, much enjoyment from this book. Would recommend it to all.
Very useful, a nice selection of short and longer walks.
My favourite walks in this are Cannock Chase, Bridgnorth, and Stratford, but the Stiperstones (which I have not done but my husband has) comes highly recommened. I haven't done the Clee Hills walk in Shropshire from this book but I did do a circuit of the Carding Mill valley on my last visit there and the countryside in that area is astoundingly beautiful so I'm sure the Clee Hills will be as well. Definitely worth a kneb!
