A good cookbook and while recipes are different than what I grew up with did not require a ton of specialty ingredients or processes. Actually downloaded as one of few enhanced cookbooks for kindle and actually surprised at how many recipes I did want to try. Enhancements for Kindle fire or for Kindle app (on ipad, tablets, smartphones, Amazon cloud, etc.). Has table of contents and indexed where you can search for stuff.

Excellent Caribbean cookbook without loads of specialised ingredients.
