Technically I didn't finish this, but I'm going to give myself credit for the slog. This was a terrible book. Full of unfounded claims that every problem under the sun is caused by yeast overgrowth, and the solution is a paleo diet and a long list of supplements plus (the real cure) antifungal meds. The medications info is out of date.
Much of this book's written in huge, creepy penmanship, and it's obviously out of date. However, has some helpful insights and ideas.
My partner bought this book, recommended by a doctor I thought was a quack. I still think that and I think this book is a bunch of baloney! I do not believe that all somatic and psychological symptoms are attributable to yeast.
