I was never much for Where's Waldo? books, but put Pooh in the mix and I'll happily peruse your pages. Finding specific images amidst all the clutter on the two-page spreads was more fun than it should be. I especially liked the page where Tigger was having a dream where everything has Tigger stripes, and his subconscious has hellishly tasked Rabbit with the painting of all the stripes.

Oh, and Owl alludes again to "The Owl and the Pussycat," whom we know to be named Clyde Owl and Tabitha show more Pussycat from Pooh's Mailbox.

(My Pooh Project: I love Winnie the Pooh, and so does my wife. Having a daughter gave us a chance to indoctrinate her into the cult by buying and reading her every Pooh book we came across. How many is that? I’m going to count them this year by reading and reviewing one every day and seeing which month I finally run out. Track my progress here:

I am in love with this despite being an adult. Some/most objects would. e easy to find, but I get distracted looking at all the cool things going on in the pages! It seems I discover something new each time I open it. I like how the back of the book offers more objects to find. The is great for all ages, especially Tigger/Winnie the Pooh fans!
A charming collection of poems and prayers. I was delighted at the scope of this collection, which features poetry by Emerson, Blake, and Hugo (among others), as well as lyrics both to famous hymns and to children’s songs. There are also many prayers, inspirational quotes from different saints, and Bible verses. Illustrations of children and animals are bright and cheery, and very, very cute. The book is divided into chapters that are relevant to a child (e.g., one for nature, one for show more animals, one for being thankful). It is easy to find a prayer or poem for a particular aspect of life, and when read from start to finish, is presents a beautiful journey from the morning chapter to the evening chapter. This version has a padded cover and gold edging on the pages. All in all, it’s a lovely book. show less
Possibly the only thing worse than waking up in a Vegas hotel with your new husband whom you met last night is answering your phone three years later and finding out you're still married to him. Lily MacPherson (possibly Anderson!) had just such a phone call. not only that, but Caleb is asking her to fly to San Francisco to help him get his sponsor to fund a showing of his art. She thinks he is married to a woman who works in Boston and flies in when she can. Hmmmmm....

For Caleb's part, he show more just wants to see Lily again. To touch her, to see her smile and the fact that his sponsor insists on knowing all about Caleb's life. Will she do it? of rcourse she does because something brought them together three years ago and what if it's still there? Lily has always been the responsible one. Dating an old family friend's son, working as an intern at a law firm, being predictable...you get the idea. Maybe just this once she should have a little fun?

And so we begin the married/wanting divorced tale of Lily and Caleb Anderson. He is and has always wanted to be an great artist. Check. She is a law intern who has always wanted to be a singer. Hasn't happened - not enough nerve. Do they still feel the same they did that night in Vegas? Ah, we shall see.....Lynne Roberts has a good short story here and you should give up a bit of time to curl up on 6h4 sofa and enjoy it. You won't be sorry.
