Anna-Marie Ferguson

I'd heard a lot of good things about this Tarot, but it hasn't lived up to its hype. Cardstock is poor quality and some of the art is washed-out looking and missing details. Overall though, I do like the theme and I can live with most of the art. The more I use it, the better I like it.

Beautiful tarot deck by Ferguson. The Arthurian legends come alive here. The cards are soft with gray and blue tints throughout, the Llewellyn tarot (also by Ferguson) artwork is similar (of course) but with tints of sepia and orange. The associations are Swords=Fire & Wands=Air.

These were so beautifully illustrated, as well as having great interpretations in the instruction pamphlet, that I bought the full set as soon as it was available.

See my review of the Legend tarot as well. This deck is lovely and I recommended getting the book & deck set (not sure if the deck is available as a stand alone). The book is wonderful and gives lots of info. associated with each image so that the cards are more alive.
