This is a very good book for DOE. The author provides a good explanation of statistical topics for non-statisticians.
The author states in the notes that the seventeen short stories and essays were compiled from various submissions she had received positive feedback from. The one thing that ties every one of these stories together is Love. Keeping love, finding love, maintaining love, love in all of its forms and shown in many different ways. And who doesn’t LOVE love? Really?
Filled with the writing the author is known for, these smoothly crafted and supremely touching stories each have a moment of show more resonance with all readers. Whether it’s the recognition of a similar experience, or a story that brings you to tears, each and every story is one that is complete and perfect in and of itself.
From relationship advice and hints on living all the way to finding peace in reminiscence, this is a book that will inspire and uplift, and even bring a tear or two. Certainly headed to my favorites shelf, to be read when I need a pick-me-up.
