Bayesian Inference in Statistical Analysis (Wiley Classics Library) by George E. P. Box

A seemingly classic book on Bayesian statistics, and quite good. I can, however, find no mentioning of conjugate priors, ridge regularization and Markov chain Monte Carlo.
