This book is fine as a very big-picture, introductory text. The topics covered will provide opportunity for deeper thought about many issues related to Christian missions. I was disappointed in several chapters because of a lack of detail on some matters and often a lack of firm conclusions. Several chapters ended with me still unsure about what he wanted to see implemented in missionary endeavors. Still, some of the chapters are thought-provoking and the book is worth reading.

Biblical insight, personal experience, and a broad perception of the vast mosaic of humankind characterize this short book. In every chapter, the message is clear - to reach every man, woman, and child with the gospel, to multiply churches, and to extend the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ.
