This definitely deserves a permanent spot on my bookshelf.

As I read this mammoth of a textbook, what worked for me is to simply start with the Daily Energy Routine and little by little tweak it and add more. This is something I will be studying and practicing for the rest of my life.

I was also able to put these techniques to use right away-I had a moment, during this reading, of high emotion with an employer, I felt like I was going to cry and I immediately remembered to put my fingers on show more the neurolymphatic points: I felt instantly pulled together and calmed enough to continue what I was saying.

I feel different if I start my day without my Daily Energy Routine- I feel tired and fatigued without it. It makes a difference every day and I am still learning more exercises. It is a continuing adventure! Thank you, Donna Eden! show less

Taking into account that some of Donna Eden's energy school curriculum was/is 2to 4 years, this contains A LOT of information. For that reason, I would recommend to buy not borrow a copy. (For those interested in the concepts of energy, auras, chakras, meridians...)

From among the 30 or more books I possess on healing, this one is the most heavily used and dog-eared! Unlike other helpful but draconian protocols I'm following to restore my health, the healing point therapies explained by Donna are working, AND can be integrated into a normal person's schedule.

Perhaps my expectations from this book were very high. I expected not only to learn about energy healing from it but also to be able to heal if I saw any problems. There were many accounts of incidents where the author was able to spot problems and heal using her power and I found these fascinating but I could never hope to duplicate these feats. The book, however, kindled my interest in this area of natural healing and I may explore further.
