Marking the Scriptures: Suggestions for understanding and using the new LDS edition of the Bible by Daniel H. Ludlow
The introductory chapters that talk about the importance of scripture study are a good summary. There are detailed suggestions of things that could be marked in the LDS scriptures, focusing mostly on footnotes, headings, etc. There is one chapter detailing the process by which someone could establish a number of general themes and then proceed to mark them in coordinating colors. Overall, though, too technical to be of much use to me.
