The preachy atheist
He could hardly help himself. Nietzsche was a 19th Century philosopher and philosophers like novelists of the era, could not write anything without preaching. Zarathustra is his mouthpiece and speaks Nietzsche's theme, a post God humanism free from the vestiges of the Christian tradition (though some of Zarathustra's converts do fall back into ass worship).
